After the update maintenance on Nov 12 (Wed),

some players were unable to access the game due to issues occurring in certain environments.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

This error was fixed through a server patch on Nov 14 (Fri).

Please see the details below.

■ Nov 14 Known Issue

If a player cleared a level and completed a block collection mission before the maintenance on Nov 12 began,

but the game closed due to the start of maintenance before they could receive the mission reward,

a network error popup would appear after the maintenance, preventing access to the game.

■ Nov 14 Known Issue Resolution

- Fix completed at: Nov 14 14:22 (UTC+9) 

■ Compensation for Nov 14 Known Issue

- The following compensation has been sent to players who experienced the issue.

- Compensation:

- 20 Gems, Unlimited Hearts (1h), Unlimited Rocket+Firework (1h), Unlimited Rainbow Jam (1h), Unlimited 2x Airplane (1h)

- Compensation can be claimed from the in-game mailbox until Nov 28 23:59 UTC.

- Please note that unlimited items are activated immediately upon claiming from the mailbox.
